Frank Rosenacker
Founder & CEO, Attorney at Law
Mr. Rosenacker is a fourth generation funeral director/embalmer and serves as the Secretary of his family funeral home. He is also a practicing Attorney specializing in all areas of estate planning, probate, and corporate-business matters. He owns and operates Rosenacker and Associates, an international consulting firm dealing with funeral directors and funeral homes offering a wide range of services including legal representation. Mr. Rosenacker has lectured extensively on the national, state and local levels. His topics include legal issues, succession planning, business plans and policy manuals, business appraisals and evaluations, sales of funeral businesses, regulatory laws, taxes, and cooperative efforts.
Sue Gilkey
Attorney at Law
Sue Gilkey has been a licensed attorney since 2000, returning to law school after a career as a social worker within the court system. Her practice is concentrated in funeral services, succession/estate planning, business organization, transaction work and probate. Sue has a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati. After thirty-plus years of marriage, John, her husband, and Sue are happily living the life of "empty-nesters" with both their children having graduated from college and on their own.
Sherry Dirr
Office/Payroll Manager
As the first full-time employee of Rosenacker & Associates, Ltd. beginning in 1993, Sherry has been fortunate in that she has seen and been a part of the excitement and growth of this wonderful company. She is very proud to have been there “back in the day” before technology ruled the world. Hard work and dedication grew this company into what it is today. She and Frank have been friends since high school and her admiration for him grows daily. Sherry and her husband Jerry have raised 2 beautiful daughters and are now the proud grandparents of 7, 4 of which are very active, athletic boys that really keep them hopping! And the 3 girls definitely have them wrapped around their fingers.
Sally Schmidlin
Executive Administrative Assistant
Sally joined Rosenacker & Associates, Ltd. in 1993, after working with Frank for a short time in the funeral home in which she lived with her family for 10 years. She has been Frank’s Administrative Assistant since the beginning. She has enjoyed getting to know the clients and watching this company grow into what it is today and most of all loves to say “she just answers the phones”. Sally and her husband Mark were high school sweethearts and have been married 45 + years. They have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. In her spare time Sally likes to spend time gardening and boating with the family at their lake house.
Lorrie Hodge
Account Executive
Lorrie began working in Frank’s office in April 2004. She moved to Rosenacker and Associates in May of 2006. She is an Account Executive for 3 retainer clients. Lorrie and her husband have been married for 28+ years, have 3 adult daughters, 2 great sons-in-law, 2 grandchildren, and 2 more due in spring of 2023! Lorrie is an avid Cincinnati Sports fan and also enjoys working in her yard and spending time with her friends and family.
Kay Hickey
Account Executive
Kay graduated from Miami University with degrees in Finance & Accountancy. After graduation, she worked as a tax consultant (State & Local Tax and International Tax) at Ernst & Young for 12 years. She then began working part-time as an Account Executive with Rosenacker & Associates. Kay is married to Brian, a tax consultant at Deloitte Tax, and they have 2 sons (Connor & Keegan) and a dog named Cooper. They love to get away whenever possible to spend time at the beach with friends & family.
Kim Argentiero
Account Executive
Kim started at Rosenacker & Associates in November 2012 when Mary Halusek told her that we were looking for an account executive. She is married and has two grown children, Steven and Jennifer. Keeping up on with daily tasks for our clients is something that she enjoys. Kim has 30+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll experience. She attended the University of Cincinnati. Most of her knowledge is from experience, learning from co-workers, and learning the ins and outs of the companies she has worked for and her clients.
Jenny Tapke
Legal Secretary
Jenny joined Rosenacker Law Office in April 2015. Jenny assists the attorneys with Estate Planning and Probate as well as answering phones, greeting clients and various administrative duties. Jenny is a licensed Notary Public and received her Paralegal Certificate from Cincinnati State in 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys, cooking, watching sports and spending time with her husband Kevin, and, their two sons, Jacob and Kyle.
Robin Jacobs
Payroll Specialist
After being a stay at home Mom and Office Manager for her family’s business, Robin began working for R&A as a Payroll Specialist in 2015. She has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the University of Cincinnati. She's been married to Her husband, Brian, for 21+ years. They have two children that keep them very busy.
Karin Koewler
Account Executive/Payroll Specialist
Karin began working for Rosenacker and Associates in June of 2016. She is an Accounting Executive and also processes Payroll for several of our clients. Karin and her husband have been married for 27+ years and have 3 adult children. Their oldest daughter recently got engaged and they are looking forward to a wedding in February of 2024. Outside of work, Karin enjoys golfing and spending time outside with her dogs.
Annette Hungler
Administrative Assistant
Annette is a repeat hire at Rosenacker & Associates. She is happy to be back working as an Administrative Assistant and general “helper to whoever needs assistance”. She has over 35 years experience in the workplace across the Consumer Products, Health Care and Legal Industries. She is married to Tony. They have 3 daughters, 2 grandchildren, and 4 “grand animals”.
Jarred Koewler
Account Executive
Jarred is a student at the University of Cincinnati. He is double majoring in Finance and Marketing at the Lindner College of Business. Jarred has been with the company for 2 years. Prior to working here, he managed his own lawn care business. Outside of work, Jarred likes to play sand volleyball and go fishing with his family and friends. He is the son of Brian & Karin Koewler, and the youngest sibling below sisters Kaitlyn & Madelyn.
Olivia Pangallo
Account Executive
Olivia has been with Rosenacker and Associates since June 2021. She earned an Associates Degree of science in baking and pastry arts from Sullivan University. After many years in the culinary field, she transitioned into a customer service role, which led to her current position of Account Executive. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her daughter, Whitley, and boating with family.
Loy Buckley
Executive Administrative Assistant
Loy recently began working at Rosenacker & Associates as an Executive Administrative Assistant in September 2022. She comes to us with over 35 years of administrative experience in the consumer goods industry and a short stint in the construction/rehab industry. She is very passionate about her Native American heritage and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Danielle Powers
Account Executive
Danielle has been working at Rosenacker & Associates since September 2022. She is enjoying her new role as Account Executive. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She had worked at a nonprofit for 13 years before starting at Rosenacker & Associates. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her baby boy. She is also a huge football fan and loves the Cincinnati Bengals.
